מדיניות החזרות וביטולים – BRADLEY
ב־BRADLEY אנחנו רוצים שתרגיש בטוח גם אחרי הרכישה.
כי סטייל אמיתי מתחיל באמון. ואם משהו לא מדויק – אנחנו כאן.
ביטולים:
• כל ביטול עסקה יתבצע בהתאם לחוק הגנת הצרכן, התשמ״א־1981.
• אם ביטלת את ההזמנה לפני שהיא נשלחה – תקבל החזר מלא, כולל עלות המשלוח.
• אם ההזמנה כבר נשלחה – תוכל להחזיר את המוצר ולקבל זיכוי כספי בניכוי עלות המשלוח, כל עוד הפריט לא נלבש, לא כובס, לא ניזוק, ונמצא באריזתו המקורית עם כל התוויות.
איך מחזירים:
• החזרה תתאפשר עד 14 ימים ממועד קבלת המוצר.
• יש לשלוח את הפריט על חשבון הלקוח, לפי ההנחיות שבחבילה.
• ההחזר יתבצע לאותו אמצעי תשלום שבו בוצעה ההזמנה.
כרטיסי דיירקט וקרדיט:
• החזרים לכרטיסי דיירקט אינם מתאפשרים – במקום זה תקבל קרדיט לשימוש באתר.
• החזרת מוצר שנרכש בקרדיט תזכה אתכם בקרדיט חוזר לחשבון.
פריטי SALE:
• ניתן להחזיר פריטי סייל עד 5 ימים מיום קבלת ההזמנה, כל עוד לא נעשה בהם שימוש.

אחריות ושירות:
• BRADLEY לא תישא באחריות לנזקים עקיפים, טעויות תיאור, עיכובים בשילוח או שימוש לא תקין במוצר.
• התמונות באתר הן להמחשה בלבד.
• במקרה של חוסר במלאי – יבוצע זיכוי אוטומטי וישלח עדכון במייל.

Returns & Cancellations – BRADLEY
At BRADLEY, we want you to feel just as confident after your purchase as you do wearing it.
Because real style starts with trust – and we’ve got you covered.
Order Cancellations:
• All cancellations follow the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981.
• If your order is canceled before shipment – you’ll receive a full refund, including shipping.
• If the item has already shipped – a refund will be provided minus shipping costs, as long as the item is returned unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original packaging with tags attached.
How to Return:
• You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Returns must be sent at the customer’s expense, following the instructions in your package.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used.
Direct Cards & Store Credit:
• Direct (debit) cards cannot be refunded – store credit will be issued instead.
• Items purchased using store credit will be refunded back to your store account.
SALE Items:
• SALE items may be returned within 5 days of delivery, provided they haven’t been worn or washed.

• Product images are for illustrative purposes only.
• If an item is out of stock, you’ll receive an automatic refund with a confirmation email.
